Dismount induction heater for bearings adopt the electromagnetic induction heating principle to heat the bearing sleeve from outer to inner, making the bearing sleeve expand rapidly, inner size will be larger than the shaft size, thus could dismount or mount the bearing sleeve.Functional application
WTR-C-1 dismount induction heater, widely used in enterprises of manufacturing and maintenance from the line of steel,railway, oil, machinery, motor and others, which is for heating the inner ring of the bearings, couplings, gears, bushings, etc , then to achieve the mounting or dismounting.

A1. Induction heating ring components
WTR-C-1 induction heating ring consists of -6ºC - 150ºC double glass - coated wire winding and epoxy board shell.
A2. Induction heating ring types
WTR-C-1 dismount induction heating ring has 2 types: Portable, Car type(Center adjustable pitches). The type is decided by users.
- Portable type: usually for smaller double rows or four rows bearing inner sleeve (≤∮180), flexible operating.
- Car type: In the case of site permits, for larger bearing inner sleeve (≥∮190, width≥200).Electric control cabinet
B.Electric control cabinet
Time control method of the electric control cabinet will show on LCD digital, we could observe the heating time directly. Time control range is 0-99.9minutes.
